My fist encounter with chadwelk tyres was yesterday, after driving around a few tyre garage, the gentleman I spoke to here was far nicer and informative than the others, genuinely helped me find the right tyres for my BMW.
I then turn up today to get them fitted and it went downhill very fast! The man i spoke to yesterday wasn't there, A young technician was dealing with my car, he seemed to be getting very frustrated with something, was throwing things around, kicking stuff over the place and then he decided to kick a bottle of some liquid across the workshop, it bounced of a rack of tyres and then bounced off the side of my car. Not once did I get an apology from the guy himself, he just continued to lose his temper and thrash things around, all of this In front of myself and several other customers.
This is not the level of pressionalism you expect In any establishment, specially one that had dealt with me the day before so great! Luckily its only a tiny chip of paint out of my passenger side door but nevertheless, this service is shocking. The manager said he would deal with said technician but if you go here, and a young guy with 2 full sleeve tattoos does your car, be wary!!!!!!!!
